The ELMO will be used in conjunction with the teachers’ existing laptops and projectors. The laptops and projectors already have predetermined maintenance procedures and replacement time-lines which will not be impacted by the addition of the ELMO unit. The only impact would be to the as-needed replacement of the projector bulbs because with the use of the ELMO, it is likely they will be worn out more frequently. In addition, the ELMO is maintenance free with the exception of the occasional need to replace the projector bulb. The need to do so will depend on how often the ELMO is used. Any other maintenance would be most likely as a result of wear and tear or breakage. These will be covered by the 3 year Warranty Replacement/Damage Protection Plan that will be purchased for each ELMO TT02 unit.
